Parallel Technologies acquire ComNet Solutions and BSB Communications |
Parallel Technologies, Inc. closed out 2024 with two strategic acquisitions. They acquired Central-Ohio based ComNet Solutions and Michigan-based, BSB Communications, a Mitel Exclusive Platinum Partner. into its fold, forming a unified, 100% employee-owned organization. This integration enhanced their communication technology expertise across the Columbus, Ohio area. The combined team brings decades of experience and stability, with Parallel headquartered in Dublin, Ohio.
“After 28 years of healthy competition, the time was right for our companies to come together,” said Don Poling, CEO of Parallel Technologies in referring to the ComNet acquisition. Ray Lewis, President of ComNet noted, “Joining forces with Parallel allows us to offer a broader range of solutions, presenting new opportunities for our clients and empowering our employee-owners to innovate within a larger organization.”
The merger with BSB elevates Parallel to status as Mitel’s second-largest U.S. partner. “Partnering with BSB Communications is a game-changer,” said Poling. “BSB’s MiVoice Business expertise will allow us to deliver even stronger communication solutions and solidify our position as a powerhouse Mitel partner.” Peter Johnson, President of BSB acknowledged that “We are thrilled at the opportunity to combine forces with the dedicated team at Parallel and to have the BSB staff become employee-owners of the combined company.” Johnson will now be President of Parallel Technologies.
